Distance Training System

Distance training system facilitates the management and control throughout the whole training process. Within the system, administrators can manage and maintain data of the organization and trainees, courseware, and examination database, and control the training process; teachers can deliver lectures through live video, administrate and maintain the examination database, communicate with trainees and answer their questions, organize examinations and score the test papers; trainees may attend training classes, learn from separate courseware and live video of classes, communicate with teachers in BBS and chatting room, attend and pass the exams to get a result or certificate.

The system supports multilevel distributing deployment. It has overcome the limits of time, space and teaching personnel, and uses communication network to transfer training courses synchronously or asynchronously. With an unique goal and a complete process, it conducts training activities in a efficient and economic way. It can also be interconnected to other systems such as HR and OA.

Courseware Making System

E-courseware is an essential factor of IT application in teaching and training. Via cartoon, video, pictures, texts and other demonstrative forms, it displays teaching contents in a visual, vivid and interactive way, thus realizing a reasonable, interesting, and flexible teaching to acquire ideal learning effects.
