Recently, SGCC reward outstanding business management innovation of 2009. Fibrlilnk's "Incubation-type business model' in the construction and implementation of traditional information and communication industry " won the management innovation award of SGCC.

      SGCC launched the recognition of activities designed to promote good management results in promotion and application. "incubation-type business model" as the outstanding business management innovation of Fibrlink, is a management model which Fibrlink explored for many years and successfully used in practice. By way of ladder tier incubation, realized the change from "Evolutionary type" to "incubation type" and forming a "four big, four small and innovative sections" business development layout, this management model played an important role in promoting healthy development of Fibrlink.
