Diathesis Training
FibrLINK constitute systematical training and developing plans for the staff in order that all the staff can adapt to the society and can exert and improve their abilities. Every member can acquire the training inside and outside the corporation. Moreover, FibrLINK also encourage the staff to obtain education in their spare time.
